Halloween

We started early this year for Halloween. We went down to Pleasant Grove City and did the city trunk o treat. It was super warm outside and the kids got lots of treats! We met up with Alaina, Jenny and the hit the streets. It was so much fun and the kids were dressed up so cute! Briella loved being a purple sparkle witch! Alyssa was a darling mad hater and Dominic a ninja.

Mad Hater. This was the first year she wanted to go with friends and not with us. 

My baby girl is growing up. 

I had to post this. Kycee fell on the gravel and scraped her hand. Her life was over!

Pumpkin Painting

Instead of carving pumpkins we like to paint them instead. It's messier but the pumpkins don't shrivel and look nasty in two days. Briella wanted Minnie Mouse so Grandma did a Minnie Mouse face on hers and the back was pink, purple and sparkles. Dominic had his ninja turtle which he did a good job painting I just outlined it for him. Alyssa did Frankenstein it was darling. It's a fun tradition to get ready for fall that I think we will do every year.

Pinewood Derby!

Jose and Alyssa competed in the Activity Days Pinewood Derby. Alyssa won the most beautiful car! Good thing too since Dad's car took last place! They had fun and will do better next year!

Next year Jose's gonna have to take a few lessons from Scott. Maleah's car took first!

Day 7 at the Beach!

Our last day at the we packed up and took the kids to Huntington Beach. 

They had so much fun. Until Dominic biffed it in the parking lot. 

Sandcastles, big waves, and lots of fun. 

Great relaxing way to end a non-stop vacation. 

After Jose being so sick most of the year we needed this vacation. 

It was full of great memories and lots of fun as a family. 

Day 6 Last Day of Disneyland!

We tried to make it all the rides we hadn't gotten too! 

We did splash mountain, Matterhorn, jack's mansion, and Big Thunder Mountain.

Then we headed over to Tomorrowland to do Space Mountain again and the Matterhorn. 

Shelby and I took turns with Briella. She took her on an adventure to Sleeping Beauty's Castle. 

Then we took Jared over to Toon Town because he didn't go the first day. 

It was a bittersweet and fun end to our trip. We had so much fun. 

We learned quickly that next time we come we will spend five whole days just at Disney. 

The other parks were fun but it was too much to cram in such a short time.
